Dr Tan Medical Center is a Men’s Health Clinic located in the Novena Medical Center, Singapore. Founded by Dr Tan Kok Kuan (Ex-CEO of DTAP Clinic), the clinic is set up with the primary goal of providing safe and private space for patients to openly discuss their confidential medical problems.

Dr Tan’s new practice is a return to the fundamentals of good medical practice that is centered on an authentic doctor-patient relationship. There are no generic one size fits all packages or treatment plans at this clinic. Instead, your concerns are addressed systematically and a tailor made treatment plan is crafted for you.

“When the shaming stops, the healing can begin”  ~ Dr Tan Kok Kuan

There is a strong emphasis on education and outreach at Dr Tan Medical Center. This stems from the belief that the most effective means to remove the stigma and discrimination that plagues minority groups like the LBGTQ community is to actively address and debunk any myths/ misconceptions of the issue. To achieve this, Dr Tan Medical Center is constantly using technology and media to spread its message and better engage patients. Dr Tan personally manages these media channels and answers all the questions that are sent in.

The eclectic mix of artwork and books in the clinic (bestowed onto us by patients and benefactors) is a testament to Dr Tan’s deep connection to the community. Beyond being the Gynae for men or GUY-ne, Dr Tan seeks to create a restful environment at Dr Tan Medical Center where we can all not only come for respite from the hustle and bustle of Singapore but to begin to truly heal.
